The legendary Sunny & The Sunliners are behind both tunes and right from the first bars of a-side gem 'If I Could See You Now' you're locked in: the melancholic organs are offset by a hurried 60s groove with tight drum work and a call and response vocal between a butter lead male and soft backing sounds. It's got a sense of Northern Soul pomp to it and on the backside you will be just as enamored by 'Give Me Time'.
