Now, perhaps, does the of 'Sole' come to light as the culmination of his efforts. 'Sole' is a euphoric, powerful, liberating track, perhaps best peggable as 'blissful' by its slow-burning buildups and gaseous, surrounded padwork, which waxes and wanes, in a respiratory fashion, between expansive voxsynths and contractive pad-winds. The 'Tramonto' version is just as skybound, sacrificing the faster drums for an obligatory Balearic plod.
